Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara offers the flexibility to work remotely while engaging directly with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to grow our brand. Your contributions will play a key role in expanding our client base and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily communications with customers and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Drive sales initiatives and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Provide training and support to sales teams and clients.
Lead sales management efforts, including tracking and exceeding targets.
Execute and support marketing strategies aimed at expanding our market presence.
Collaborate with teams to develop and refine sales processes.
Required Qualifications:
Proven communication and customer service expertise.
Strong sales and sales management skills.
Experience in training and mentoring teams.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in marketing and sales techniques.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of start-ups and SaaS business models.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Strong curiosity to learn about prospects and their business needs.
High proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently while being coachable and open to feedback.
